REUZEL’s Beard Foam – The convenience that was missing
So you grew a beard and yes you are rocking it, but with every great beard comes some level of responsibility. The first of them being to take care of said beard!
It goes without saying that there are a number of excellent beard oils and beard balms out there. I personally like the simplicity and health benefits of beard oils, but working with oil is not for everybody and is not always a mess free proposition. Accidentally tipping that beard oil bottle being a very frustrating event for sure.

ur favorite Scumbags at REUZEL are obviously in the beard game and have launched their own “Beard Foam”! Beard foam?!? Yep! It’s literally a foam. This product is building upon their brilliant aftershave astringent foam.
The beard foam comes in a 70 ml bottle with a pump dispenser on top. The dispenser is somewhat of a brilliant idea on its own as it sucks the beard liquid and adds lots of air creating a gentle foam like substance. Simple and chemical free! Typically any foam like product would be an aerosol can along with the supporting pressurized chemical agents. Not here!

REUZEL is marketing this product as a “leave in beard conditioner”. Pump a few shots, blend it into your beard and let the magic happen. My beard is some 2 cm so I used 1 generous pump. This was sufficient to cover the whole thing. I will note that the foam offers more coverage than I expected so go easy at first till you figure what the sweet spot is for yourself.
As is the general rule with REUZEL, this product has a fragrance. My bottle is their classic Wood & Spice, but you can also get it in their original scent. Either way, this beard care product has something for your nose as well.
FRAGRANCE
The wood & Spice scent is a classic manly arrangement. Think cedarwood and cinnamon and/or clove with the cedarwood element being stronger. This is the same foundation as their aftershave and solid cologne in the same scent.
The duration of the fragrance is in the ball-park of 3 hours which I would rate has being longer than the norm. More often than not, a beard oil fragrance only hangs around a bit more than an hour.
PERFORMANCE
First off, it is incredibly easy to work with. For that aspect alone, I would venture that I prefer working with this foam than with an oil. Pump 1 or 3 shots in your hands and blend it in! The foam goes on nicely and is absorbed very quickly leaving your mug smooth and fresh with no oily residue. My first test had me feeling great for some 6 hours straight.
Even the better oils out there can’t compete in this space as there is almost always a slight element of oil residue until the product is totally absorbed.
The foam is considerably lighter in texture and density than any oil. This is what makes the application so pleasant.

REUZEL brings a very innovative beard care product to the table with this Beard foam as it offers the same benefits as a traditional beard oil/balm but in an incredibly more convenient delivery system. This beard foam wins me over with its easy dispensing as well as with its quick and clean application. Your beard will feel refreshed right away and you will also get to enjoy that pleasant Wood & Spice aroma for a number of hours.
